Udupi Paryaya - objection filed PDF Print E-mail

Udupi, Jan 9: The advocate of Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji of Puttige Math, A. Sripati Acharya, said on Tuesday that he had filed his objection to the injunction sought, by two persons C.H. Nagaraj Rao and Harish Bhat, on the Puttige swamiji worshipping Lord Krishna at the Sri Krishna Math, at the court of the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) on Tuesday.

 

Mr. Acharya told presspersons that the hearing on two other charges against the Puttige swamiji filed by Mr. Rao and Mr. Bhat had been postponed to Wednesday. Answering a question, he said that there was no move to file a defamation suit against Mr. Rao and Mr. Bhat.
