Bhendi Fry - Toooo simple to make

Ingredients:
Chopped Bhendi (Okra), shud be chopped into strips - 2 cups
Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Crushed Jeera-Dhaniya powder - 1 spoon
Slit Green Chillies - 3
Garlic crushed (optional) - 1 clove
Kitchen King/Sabzi Masala - 1 - 2 tsps
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Salt for taste
Oil for seasoning & frying bhendi
Method:
1. Fry separately chopped bhendi and keep aside.
2. Heat Oil in a large pan, add Cumin seeds and let it splutter
3. Add crushed garlic and fry
4. Add chopped onion till tender and golden brown
5. Add crushed jeera-dhaniya powder
6. Now add slit green chillies and keep frying
7. Mix the already fried Bhendis and fry for a few minutes
8. Add the dry masala powder and keep frying
9. Add salt for taste
10. Dab it with lemon juice, serve hot with chapati/roti
